As far as dehydrators go, you can spend a ton of money. This dehydrator is well priced but is still fast and you don’t have to turn the food once it is on the racks. I am still on the hunt for a good slicer for root vegetables when dehydrating them into chips!
This is my favorite pressure cooker, steamer and slow cooker! I absolutely love it and use it almost every day!
I use this Ninja as my blender and food processor. The 1500 watt is good enough for home use. Although I go for the higher wattage at the office.
I’ve also had some questions about where to get mushrooms. You can purchase organic or grow them yourself. In my efforts to find fresh, organic food for a good price I found these great mini mushroom farms! They do 2 crops and with the amount of mushrooms are well worth the price.
